Purge Make-up How-to
We’re calling quits on masks this year ladies! Get out some supplies and get ready to do MAJOR contouring.
For this look you will need:
·Base Foundation (I use Tarte Amazonian Clay BB Cream)
·Bronzer (I use Anastasia Bronze and Glow kit in shade Java)
·Highlighter (Also used from Anastasia Bronze and Glow kit)
·Blush (I use Clinique in the color new clover)
·Blending Sponge and various make-up brushes
·Black liquid Eyeliner (I use Lancôme)
·Any Black and Brown Eye shadows
·Dark Brown Eyeliner (pencil)
·Pink lip Stick/ Lip liner
·White paint
Steps:
1. Begin by applying your foundation, patting it in with a beauty blending sponge
2. Draw two ovals around each eyes with black eyeliner- making sure they are even and consistent; fill in the circles with first brown eye shadow, then blend the edges with the black eye shadow until fully blended (If you go outside the lines of the ovals, its ok! Once completing the eyes you can go back with a makeup wipe to make them look like perfect ovals)
3. Take the brown eyeliner pencil, drawing along your eyebrows. Make a dramatic arch where the corner of your eye would be diagonal with it. Extend an extra long, thin line downward from there to emphasize the eyebrow, just as a purge mask would display.
4. Begin with an angled brush along your hairline going in with the bronzer evening it out with your skin until fully blended, yet dramatic.
5. Take an eye shadow brush and go in with the same colored bronzer, tracing from the creases of the nose, to underneath the apples of the cheekbones, then into the cheek bones. This motion until somewhat blended (good to seem some unblended to get full effects of a mask)
6. Bronze the edges of the nose and make semi circles near your tear duct. Also take the bronzer down near the chin, bronzing straight lines that are perpendicular with the edges of the end of your mouth. Continue the lines to meet with the already bronzed portion of the apples of your cheeks. Don’t forget to blend with a full sized contouring brush.
7. Bring blush along the apples of the cheeks, then highlighter above that, as well as on the chin, along the center of the nose, where the face meets chin, and slightly on the center of the forehead
8. Lastly, take white paint, putting it along the bottom lip to completely cover it. Draw lines to mimic teeth with eyeliner. To draw the lips, first used pink lip stick along your top lip, making it somewhat dramatic, then draw a new “bottom lip” with the same lipstick under the white paint. ENJOY DOLLS AND HAVE FUN!
